“Marisa was absolutely incredible to work with. We booked a family shoot with our newborn. As a first time mama, I was excited, but very anxious. Newborns can be unpredictable… we only have so much time, what if she blows out her diaper? What if she needs to nurse? We met up with Marisa and my daughter immediately needed to nurse, even though I made sure to feed her before we left. I felt so bad because I assumed we would be pressed for time but Marisa just laughed along with me reassuring me to take my time and that it was completely okay! As soon as she was done eating, of course she blew out her diaper LOL. We all laughed and Marisa was again SO patient. I NEVER felt rushed or felt that she was annoyed that it took a while for our session to start. We got a sneak peek later that same evening and our photos 1 week later! I can’t recommend Marisa enough! She is so patient and kind and great with children too!”
